In this time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, All Team Services is actively monitoring the appropriate sources of information to stay abreast of the situation, and the effects on our society.
As an essential business, we remain in full operation to deliver the air conditioning and heating service you have come to expect and have technicians available 24/7. In so doing our primary concern is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We have therefore implemented the following policies:
• All our employees are being monitored daily. If any of them show any signs of illness they are being required to seek medical attention and stay home until their medical professional deems it safe to return to work.
• Our technicians and estimating staff use one-time-use, disposable, protective gloves, masks, and shoe covers when performing services in your home or facility.
• To follow the social distancing practices issued by the CDC, we have instituted a no handshake policy and will always stay approximately six feet away. Of course, we mean no disrespect and just want to follow recommended guidelines.
As we continue to serve you, we ask that if you, or any household member, has been exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19 virus, please inform our office prior to our technician visiting your home so that we can help ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees.
